Clearwater Analytics, a U.S.-based provider of SaaS-based investment management, accounting, reporting, and analytics solutions, has appointed Mike Chen as head of corporate development. Reporting to Shane Akeroyd, chief strategy officer, he will be responsible for driving inorganic strategic initiatives. He was previously head of corporate development and ventures at Guidewire Software.
