Altum Group, the C.I.-based financial services provider, has completed its acquisition of Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A. (Link Luxembourg), following full regulatory approvals. Link Luxembourg is a provider of AIFM and third-party ManCo services. Following the close, Link Luxembourg will soon be rebranded to Altum Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A. and will operate as a subsidiary of the parent company, Altum Group. Link’s ultimate parent is currently the subject of an offer by MUFG, the Japanese bank.
