Suntera Global, the C.I.-based administrator, has appointed James Harries as head of M&A. Before joining Suntera, he worked at a payments and software business. Recent M&A deals for Suntera have included the acquisitions of Guernsey-based Carey Commercial Limited, Socium Fund Services in the U.S., and Nedgroup Trust in Guernsey and Jersey, following the acquisition of NeoTrust in Luxembourg.
