After four months in the role, Claire Johnson, CEO of RBC Investor Services, has initiated a shake-up of the senior management team. Paul Burd, who has relocated to Canada from the UK, is head of client operations, with Christine Knott joining from Citisoft as head of transformation & client solutions. Joel Kornblum joins from FactSet as head of business development & consultant relations. Rajiv Nambiar continues in his role as head of market services, as does Cesar Rainusso, head of client success. As a result of the restructuring, Ryan Guichon, Marijana Jovanovic, Sats Sehgal and Steven Wager have left RBC Investor Services.
