Universal Investment Group, the European fund services platform and Super ManCo, has appointed Johannes Elsner as its new group chief operating and transformation officer. Elsner succeeds Etienne Rougier, who has decided to step down from his role as COO and head of Luxembourg. Most recently, Elsner served as group chief information officer and member of the board of directors at ERGO Technology & Services Management. His appointment follows the recent arrival of Francesca McDonagh as group CEO.
