Montis, the dFMI fintech owned by Archax, has hired Mark Bosquet as chief risk & compliance officer, based in Luxembourg. Subject to regulatory approval, Bosquet will take on the role of conducting officer at Montis Digital SA. Bosquet has held senior positions in product development, risk and compliance at Clearstream and Deutsche Börse in Luxembourg and Singapore, and was most recently chief risk and compliance officer at ID2S, the DLT-based CSD in Paris.
