La Mutuelle Générale, a provider of health and retirement insurance in France, has selected Manaos, a BNP Paribas data management platform, for its ESG data collection and reporting needs. As part of the mandate, La Mutuelle Générale will use Manaos for the production of financial reports on climate and biodiversity. These reports will serve as dashboards for La Mutuelle Générale to monitor its financial investments and draft its regulatory reports Article 29 LEC (Energy Climate Law), DPEF (Extra-Financial Performance Declaration), and ultimately CSDR (Central Securities Depositary Regulation). The new mandate expands the existing relationship between La Mutuelle Générale and BNP Paribas’ securities services business, which has included global custody services and financing solutions since 2004.
Manaos offers a range of ESG-related services to more than 150 institutional investors and asset managers, from portfolio look-through to proprietary and regulatory reporting. Its open-architecture platform, providing access to a growing range of ESG data and analytical tools, now counts more than 15 data providers, 120 applications and 30,000 indicators.
