JTC, the C.I.-based administrator, has made senior management changes in Jersey. Kenny Rae takes over from Paul Weir as managing director – Jersey. Weir, who held the position for three years, will move to a new strategic role within JTC’s group risk and compliance team. Rae, who has been with JTC for more than 17 years, will continue in his existing role as chief operating officer for the firm’s institutional client services division. Weir will retain his role as European regional head for private client services.
