HIGHVERN, the C.I.-based administrator, is launching fund administration services in Guernsey. Jenni Hartley joins from TMF Group as head of funds – Guernsey, Ali Moullin is appointed as associate director, also joining from TMF. They report to Aidan O’Flanagan, group head of funds.
