Deutsche Bank has hired Nick Bone for the newly created role of head of sales, U.K., Middle East and Africa, for securities services. Bone reports to the EMEA head of sales, Stephen Wilkes. Bone has previously worked at BNY Mellon, Standard Chartered and Brown Brothers Harriman, inter alia.

SimCorp, the Deutsche Börse subsidiary, is to merge with Axioma, a provider of factor risk models, portfolio construction tools, and multi-asset class enterprise risk solutions. Prior to the merger with SimCorp, Axioma was part of Qontigo, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse and a strategic partner of SimCorp since 2021.
