BNY Mellon is expanding its footprint in Lake Mary, Florida, one of its six key global operational centres. The bank plans a campus across two locations totaling 300,000 sq ft. This includes 200,000 sq ft of new office space at 600 Colonial Center Parkway, and renovations to its existing space (100,000 sq ft) at 300 Colonial Center Parkway. Other operational hubs include locations in Pittsburgh, India (x2), Poland, and Manchester (UK).
