Waystone has completed the acquisition of the Irish and UK businesses of Link Fund Solutions, a division of Link Group, with all regulatory approvals and other contractual conditions completed. The transaction will see >600 staff join the business and significantly expand Waystone’s presence in existing and new territories, including India. Waystone recently announced Sanjiv Sawhney as its new global CEO.
