TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of compliance and administrative services, has appointed Lilian Huang as market head of China and Taiwan. She will also serve as a member of the APAC executive committee. Before joining TMF, she held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Citi and GE Capital. Huang reports to Shagun Kumar, regional head of APAC.
