Citi had undertaken a significant reorganization of its senior management team under Jane Fraser, CEO. Amongst the changes is the creation of a Services unit, comprised of the firm’s treasury & trade solutions business (TT&S) and its securities services business, led by Okan Pekin. Shahmir Khaliq, formerly head of TT&S, heads the new unit. Prior to joining TT&S in 2020, Khaliq held several senior roles in the securities services business.
