Altum Group, the UK-based financial services provider, has been granted an Undertaking for Collective Investment (UCI) extension by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg. This enables Altum to provide a fully integrated fund administration and transfer agency solution to alternative investment funds. This news follows the recent announcement of its agreed acquisition of Link Fund Solutions S.A., subject to CSSF approval.
