Broadridge Financial Solutions, the U.S.-based fintech provider, has appointed Mike Sleightholme as president of Broadridge International, based in London. Sleightholme joined Broadridge in 2022 as president of its asset management solutions business. He previously spent five years at SS&C Technologies where he was CEO and general manager of its DST Systems business. Prior to SS&C, he spent over 20 years at Citi in London, Hong Kong and New York. He replaces Samir Pandiri, who left earlier in 2022 to become president of Apex.
