Vistra, the Asia-based fund and corporate services provider, has appointed Jonathan Ferrara as managing director for the Channel Islands. He will have full responsibility for the leadership and strategic development of Vistra’s C.I. offices, which provide real estate and private equity services as well as wealth management solutions. Ferrara has held senior roles at Bank of America, UBS and, most recently, Sanne, where he was C.I. MD.
