Pricoa Private Capital, part of PGIM, has appointed Apex to support its provision of senior capital to Real Betis Balompié for refinancing. Real Betis is a Spanish professional soccer club based in Seville. Pricoa has provided the club with a EUR65m senior secured term loan. Apex in Spain acted as the facility and security agent for the transaction. Apex expanded its presence in the Spanish market in 2022 through the acquisition of Sanne Group and now employs over 75 people in Madrid and Valencia.
