J.P. Morgan has appointed Teresa Heitsenrether as head of a new unit, data & analytics, which will focus on AI. She is replaced as head of the securities services business by Tim Fitzgerald, currently head of global custody & fund services. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2016 from Deutsche Bank.
