BNY Mellon has expanded the brief of Francis Braeckevelt as head of international operations, adding LatAm to his existing responsibility for EMEA and APAC. He reports to Richard Gordon, the recently appointed global head of operations. Braeckevelt, who is based in Singapore, will be replaced as Singapore chief executive by Winnie Chen, who takes on the role in addition to her responsibilities as Asia Pacific head of treasury services.
