Northern Trust has appointed Duncan Cooper as chief data officer, asset servicing, a new role, reporting to Kelley Conway, global head of corporate and digital strategy. He will be responsible for leading the data strategy for the asset servicing business, covering both data delivery and data management. He joins from BNY Mellon, where he was head of OMNI Digital Strategy, International, as well as leading the data and analytics business in EMEA and APAC.
