The new CEO of Société Générale, Slawomir Krupa, has appointed a new ExCo, which is comprised of 13 senior managers. Of these, seven are women. Compare this with, say, State Street, which has adopted a high profile over its commitment to the DE&I agenda. Its 11-member ExCo is comprised of nine men and just two women, only one of whom has a line responsibility.
