Ultimus Fund Solutions, a U.S.-based independent administrator, has supported Flat Rock Global with the launch of its third interval fund, the Flat Rock Enhanced Income Fund. Flat Rock anticipates the fund will invest primarily in the junior debt tranches of collateralised loan obligations. Flat Rock is a U.S.-based alternative credit manager with >USD600m invested across its interval fund strategies.
