U.S. Bank Investment Services has joined the latest fundraising round by Versana, a fintech focused on the syndicated loan market. As a leading trustee, particularly for CLOs, which make up 70pct of the institutional loan market, U.S. Bancorp is Versana’s first buyside-focused investor, which Versana hopes will assist in creating a network effect with the asset management community to accelerate product adoption.
