TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of administrative services, is to acquire Sino Corporate Services Group. Sino was founded in 2007 and has offices in Hong Kong, China and Singapore, and employs 53 people. As a result of the acquisition, four members of Sino’s management team will join TMF. The deal follows the acquisitions of Hong Kong-based Ecovis and Union Alpha in 2022.
