TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of compliance and administrative services, is to acquire Goodbody Fund Management, part of Goodbody Stockbrokers, one of Ireland’s leading financial services firms. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval. In operation since 2013, GFM and the property investment management team provide fund solutions to AIFs and UCITS, as well as property investment management services. GFM is a regulated AIFM and ManCo. If the deal is approved, TMF will administer >USD225bn of assets.
