Ocorian, the C.I.-based administration services provider, has appointed Aron Brown as global head of regulatory & compliance. Brown founded, and was managing director of, Newgate Compliance, Ocorian’s compliance consultancy service which it acquired in 2020. In his new role he will report to Frederik van Tuyll, Ocorian’s chairman & CEO.
