IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based administrator, has appointed Matt Okolita as regional CEO, Americas. He was previously global head of outsourced business services. As part of this planned leadership transition he will take over the role from Mark Fordyce, who will remain as non-executive chairman of IQ-EQ Americas. Okolita will report to Mark Pesco, group CEO of IQ-EQ.
