Citi has appointed Mike Hughes as global head of custody product development. He will be responsible for the custody strategy across all Citi’s proprietary markets and global models. He joins from Ocorian, a C.I.-based independent administrator. Prior to that, he was at J.P. Morgan. Based in London, he will report to Matthew Bax, global head of custody (also ex-J.P. Morgan).
