BNY Mellon has hired Richard Gordon as global head of operations. Based in the UK, Gordon will report to Alejandro Perez, who recently assumed overall oversight responsibility for operations in addition to his existing role as CAO. Gordon was most recently global head of securities services operations and network management at J.P. Morgan, where he spent more than five years.
