State Street has confirmed the creation of two new senior management roles that are designed to consolidate and streamline oversight of the product and client lines globally. Both positions report to Lou Maiuri, president and head of investment services.
Jörg Ambrosius is chief commercial officer, responsible for achieving financial and strategic objectives for clients, as well as building and enhancing State Street’s sales and client coverage capabilities globally. In this capacity, he has global oversight for client segment and relationship management teams, as well as global sales, global client experience and global marketing teams. He is also chair of the supervisory board of the group’s European bank, State Street Bank International GmbH. Most recently, Ambrosius was previously head of State Street’s European business.
Donna Milrod is chief product officer, responsible for leading the strategy, value propositions, and growth of asset servicing and digital. Embedding State Street Digital into the larger investment services product suite will help to further meet the complex needs of clients while capturing synergies across governance, technical engineering, and product solutioning. Previously, Milrod led the company’s global asset managers segment business as well as the global clients division, and was also the senior executive overseeing the BBH transaction.
