Odyssey Transfer US Inc. has received approval from the SEC to begin operations as a U.S. transfer agent. Odyssey Transfer will provide a full suite of transfer agency and corporate actions services to private and public issuers from its headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. Odyssey Transfer’s U.S. management team includes Todd May, former CEO of Equiniti Trust Company, who will serve as chair of Odyssey Transfer’s board of directors, and Becky Paulson, president. Odyssey Transfer is owned by Odyssey Trust Company, a Canada-based TA and trust company.
