Northern Trust has appointed Natalie Leaver as head of asset owner business development, UK & Ireland. She replaces Ian Hamilton, who has been appointed head of UK asset owners, succeeding Mark Austin, who has been named pensions sector lead for EMEA. She joins from J.P. Morgan, where she spent 17 years, most recently as head of UK pension & endowments sales and relationship management. She is based in London.
