The board of Enfusion, a U.S.-based provider of cloud-native SaaS solutions for investment managers, has appointed Michael Spellacy as board chair. He replaces Kathleen DeRose, who has been interim chair and remains a board director. Spellacy is currently CEO of Atlas Crest Investment Corporation. He was previously leader of Accenture’s global capital markets practice, where he was responsible for overall vision and strategy, investment priorities, and an ecosystem of alliance partners. His appointment follows the recent confirmation of Oleg Movchan as CEO.
