Centralis, the Luxembourg-based corporate and fund services provider, has appointed Dermot Caden as its CFO. Caden has served as CFO for several private equity-backed businesses in the financial services and business services industries. Most recently, he was CFO for KB Associates, an Ireland-based ManCo that was acquired by Waystone in 2022.
