Centaur Group, the Ireland-based fund administration and fiduciary services provider, is now part of the Waystone Group, following completion of the acquisition. Centaur’s founders – Karen Malone, Ronan Daly and Eric Bertrand, will join Waystone. The transaction will broaden Waystone’s service offering to asset managers and their investors, adding fund administration to its existing ManCo operations. Waystone will significantly increase its headcount based in Dublin and Centaur’s employees will join Waystone in its new headquarters. Together with the recently announced transactions with KB Associates and T Bailey, Waystone has increased its global headcount to over 800 employees with close to 500 of these being based in Ireland. Globally, Waystone will expand its North American footprint as a result of the deal with Centaur.
