The Maples Group has appointed Jorge Pérez Lozano as head of fiduciary services in Luxembourg. He joins from Amicorp, where he was COO. Regulated by the CSSF, the group’s Luxembourg office provides fiduciary, fund and entity formation and management services to a range of Luxembourg vehicles and clients, including corporations, banks, and structured finance arrangers, as well as asset managers that are based in, or doing business within, Europe.
