Vistra, the Hong Kong-based fund and corporate service provider, has appointed Simon Webster as its new CEO. Based in Hong Kong, Webster will lead the business across 47 jurisdictions and will also join Vistra’s board following regulatory approval. He replaces Alan Brown, who has led Vistra since 2019. Webster was most recently group CEO of CPA Global, a provider of intellectual property software, services, data and analytics for corporates and law firms.
