Western Energy Regional Center (WERC) has appointed JTC Americas to provide services to support its second EB-5 offering, Western Energy Opportunities II. Since its inception in 2016, WERC has provided a platform for participants in the U.S. Immigrant Investor Program under the Employment-Based Preference 5 (EB-5) program, with a focus on oil and gas projects. JTC Americas (formerly NES Financial) is part of JTC, a UK-listed professional services provider.
