FundRock Management Company, the Apex-owned third-party UCITS ManCo and AIFM, has expanded its relationship with Fundsmith, the UK-based fund management company, to include distribution services. In addition to existing ManCo services, FundRock Distribution S.A. will now provide distribution services, enabling Fundsmith to distribute its funds in Europe. FundRock Distribution will provide specific resources and support to Fundsmith in the Italian market. In 2021 Northern Trust was appointed to provide fund accounting, transfer agency and global custody services to Fundsmith’s Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella, Fundsmith SICAV.
