CSC and Intertrust have obtained all regulatory clearances in respect of the offer by CSC to acquire Intertrust. As a result, the offer condition with respect to the regulatory clearances has been satisfied. The offer period will end on 31 October 2022, and CSC and Intertrust recommend all shareholders to tender their shares before that time.
