Accelex, a UK-based SaaS platform delivering alternative investment data management services, has been appointed by Star Mountain Capital, a lower middle-market investment firm. Star Mountain plans to use the Accelex platform to process long-form performance reports for both its invested fund portfolio as well as secondaries pre-deal opportunities.
Star Mountain Capital provides strategic debt and equity capital to established small and medium-sized private businesses and provides early liquidity to investors in lower middle-market private equity and private credit funds.
