Petra Funds Group, an independent provider of private assets fund administration solutions with USD55bn AuA, has opened an office in Boston. This follows its appointment by Denham Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm with over >USD12bn of invested and committed capital. The Boston office brings on board an experienced team of middle, back-office, and regulatory professionals from Denham Capital.
