Ocorian, the C.I.-based provider of fund administration, capital markets, corporate and fiduciary services, has appointed Alice Miller as head of transformation. Based in London, Miller will be responsible for leading a global transformation programme designed to deliver increased business value for Ocorian and its investors, reporting to COO Carole Murphy. She was previously at Capgemini where she worked in operational excellence, post-acquisition integration, sales and business change. Miller’s appointment follows the recent hiring of Owen Jones as head of infrastructure. He will also be based in London, helping to lead Ocorian’s global IT transition to the cloud.
