IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based investor services provider, has appointed Gareth Smith as head of fund operations in Guernsey. Smith was most recently at Ocorian, leading its operations team. Prior to this, he was the head of Channel Islands for Apex Fund Services and head of private equity for Europe.
