Great Lakes Fund Solutions, Inc., a U.S.-based administrator and transfer agent for retail alternative investment fund sponsors, has been appointed by Houston-based Donovan Ventures to provide an outsourced investor services back office to each fund program. Donovan provides up to USD20m in growth capital to lower middle-market energy companies through dedicated private equity investment funds.
