Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a NYSE-listed fintech provider, has appointed Eileen Murray as an independent member of its board of directors. Murray is currently the chair of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where she has served on the board of governors since 2016. Her term as the chair and member of the board of FINRA is ending on August 19, 2022. Murray is the former co-chief executive officer of Bridgewater Associates.
