CSC and Intertrust, which reached a conditional agreement in 2021 on the terms of a takeover by CSC, have obtained regulatory clearance for the deal in the British Virgin Islands. Together with the regulatory clearances obtained in Curaçao, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, CSC and Intertrust have now obtained clearance in seven of the required 13 jurisdictions. CSC and Intertrust have not yet received regulatory clearances in the following jurisdictions: the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Singapore. CSC and Intertrust continue to anticipate that the offer will close in the second half of 2022.
