Crestbridge, the C.I.-based administrator, has appointed Anne Catherine Grave as country head for Luxembourg. Prior to joining Crestbridge, Grave was the partner in charge of corporate secretarial services at Deloitte in Luxembourg. She has over 20 years’ experience in the private equity and real estate sectors.
