Crestbridge, the C.I.-based administrator, has promoted Brian Jemwa to head up its real estate funds division. He joined the firm in Jersey in 2015. Crestbridge works with 90pct of the top ten private equity real estate fund managers globally and services USD80bn of real estate assets.
